This policy explains what Daniel’s Plumbing does with the information you send through this website.
What we collect
When you send a request, we receive the service you need, your description of the problem, your name and phone number, and your email, street address and ZIP code if you give them. We also note the page you sent it from and, if you came from another website or an ad, that site’s name and campaign tags.
How we use it
We use it to call or text you about your request, schedule and do the work, and keep a record of the job. Requests reach us through Brix, the service we use to manage customer requests. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. After you send a request, it sets one cookie so the confirmation page can show that your request arrived. That cookie expires after 20 minutes. Your browser also remembers the first page you visited here, for up to 30 minutes and only in that tab.
